A year to the day
That shitcunt game at the Emirates.

A fantastic comeback in the previous round at Wembley (Bilic) only to roll over against the gooners in this non event of a game (Moyes).

It still fucking angers me a year on. Even Leicester had a go last night.

I watched the first half in the lobby of the Novotel next to Auckland Airport, having arrived the day before. My missus thought I had gone out to pick up the hire car. When I returned to say "come on let's get the car" an argument so long and loud that it almost put me back on a plane home ensued.

Re: A year to the day
Its not an argument its a fact we stayed up, whether a run in the league cup would have relegated us no one will know will they ?

If we'd have gone for the League Cup; we'd have been relegated!

I fucking love that argument!

He kept us up thats the main thing. We would not have the team we have now if we went down

Re: A year to the day
It summed-up what a depressing boring cunt 'safety first' wanker that Moyes is.

After all, he's in the same school of football as the BORING BOLLOCKS WALRUS CUNT.

Re: A year to the day
Fucking hell, is this the game where we didn't even register a shot, and Quina lost every single ball that was hoofed up to him, for some reason??

And to make matters worse, that cunt Welbeck was the one to nick it

Re: A year to the day
Other than the Arsenal result probably mostly decent ones for us long term. And Spurs will lose in the final if they get there.

If we are not in it, we want to the top 5 to win it. Burton will lose in the next round with more certainty than 'Borough and the other winners will be at the top in the end.

simon - I should point out that lots of Leicester fans are moaning on Twitter etc about them not trying.

Re: A year to the day
There’s a nice bit of irony in that Arsenal looked as inept as we did a year ago. If only it wasn’t against these cunts. The best shot of the night was from one of their fans.

Re: A year to the day
Biggest mistake I made was by then going to Swansea in the FA cup, even though I knew the jock cunt was going to throw that game as well.

And people still wanted him to stay on!!!

Bloody odd QF with Wenger also trying to throw the game. Fucking disgrace all round and a right shit goal to lose it.

Not that it was going to work anyway, coming out of that game, MOYSIE was confirmed 100% dead to me. He had no chance after that.

Re: A year to the day
It’s the manner in which we went out, comma. Even you must get that.

At least we tried to win the Spurs game.

In the interim we changed manager, spent £100M and went out one round earlier.

Out on my Christmas meal that day... ended up doing a crawl round Rochford ... we all got thrown out of a pub showing the game as I dared to shout `Come on You Irons'... I upset some locals...

Re: A year to the day
That night summed up Arsenal fans, we had near enough 6,000 and still half the ground was empty for a quarter final tie, similar to those other cunts from North London getting less than 40,000 for Cardiff the other week and not even that many the other night against Southampton

Imagine if we even had a sniff of anywhere near the success they've had in the last years, you couldn't build a round big enough

Re: A year to the day
I went, and was so gutted i bothered after. We was terrible, didnt attempt to try and win the game all 90 mins.

Thing that i remember was us singing the Masuaku song 'he never gives the ball awaaaaaay' ...cue Arthur sending a brilliant ball straight through our own defence to put Walcott 1v1

Re: A year to the day
One of the rare triumphs for Moyes - if you deem trying harder than your opponents to throw a game and succeeding.

I wanted to stab his fucking face in that night.
